Can you make the payments for a house, but can't qualify for conventional real estate loans?

I can find you a house, without the frustration for you of having to come up with a bank loan. (Especially frustrating with today's difficult lending requirements!)

You lease the house for 1 to 2 years, make regular payments and take good care of the house, and you will have the option to buy the house. Move in with No qualifying for a loan. Plus, 10% of every payment you make on time will be put towards the purchase price. You will get to purchase a house with equity, and with a good payment history — making it much easier for you to get a loan for the balance of the purchase price.
